Heel Pain
Do you receive heel pain which stops you from doing simple tasks? Is it getting hard to move the same way you once used to?
Heel pain can be associated with many different structures which are located in the hindfoot. The structure such as your nerves, fascia, tendons, muscles, bones, ligaments and soft tissue can all contribute to your condition.
Common conditions we usually treat are plantar faciitis, heel spurs, achilles tendonitis, nerve entrapments, injuries to the ankle or heel and many more.
The usual method of treatment would be to consult one of our podiatrists before your condition becomes chronic or degenerates further. After your assessment, you may be referred for radiological imaging or a biomechanical assessment where the podiatrist aims to find the cause of your condition and not just the symptoms.
Once a diagnosis is made, we can develop a long term treatment plan which gets you closer to moving the best you can just as you did in the past.
We use Custom Orthotics, Laser and possible injections to treat your foot conditions.

Flat Feet
A flat foot is one of the most common foot changes seen in today’s society. Is this you?
We treat this!
The arches provide a spring to the step and help to distribute body weight across the feet and legs. The structure of the arches determines how a person walks. The arches need to be both sturdy and flexible to adapt to stress and a variety of surfaces.
When people have flat feet, their feet may roll to the inner side when they are standing and walking. This is known as over pronation and it may also cause the feet to point outward.
The usual method of treatment would be to consult one of our podiatrists before your condition becomes chronic or degenerates further. After your assessment, you may be referred for radiological imaging or a biomechanical assessment where the podiatrist aims to find the cause of your condition and not just the symptoms.
