Dr Sanjay Parasher, Director and Founder of The Foot and Ankle Clinic of Australia. Founder and CEO of The Australian Health Company.
A graduate of a Bachelor in Health Science and Masters of Podiatric Medicine, Dr Sanjay Parasher’s focus is in lower limb Podiatric care
His main objective is to enable all patients from bulk billed practices to complex surgical cases to attain a higher quality of life with improved mobility and function. The focus also remains with preventing surgery and restoring function post surgery with these complex cases. This is achieved by diagnosing and treating soft tissue and joint imbalances throughout the lower limb.
He also practices lower limb alignment and joint control which formulates the model of “treating the cause, not the symptoms”.

Dr Sanjay Parasher studied a Bachelor of Health Science / Master of Podiatric Medicine at Western Sydney University.
He completed a placement in 2015 at the Podiatric Surgery Centre where he gained valuable surgical skills and anatomical understanding of the lower limb. The training enabled Dr. Parasher to develop an understanding into biomechanical issues and their chronic presentation.
In 2016 he completed a placement with the Wollongong Public Hospital health care system focusing in the identification and management of vascular neuropathic wounds in conjunction with diabetic care.
In 2018, he became the first podiatrist in the Illawarra to introduce laser foot therapy. His laser procedures focus on treating fungal nails, warts, soft tissue injuries, nerve conditions and regeneration of injuries/structures in the feet.
Previous experience as a professional cricketer as well as further research into biomechanics has enabled Dr. Parasher to provide further care into podiatric biomechanics.
Dr. Parasher aims to provide a holistic approach to all lower limb related concerns whilst maintaining the latest podiatric approach. Becoming a versatile practitioner that can produce the largest contribution within the community is his highest priority.
