Pay special attention to the areas between your toes, where moisture can accumulate. After washing, thoroughly dry your feet. If you tend to have sweaty feet, consider using a foot powder to help absorb excess moisture. Changing socks regularly and letting shoes air out before wearing them again can also promote foot hygiene.
  2. Wear Appropriate Footwear: The right footwear can be the difference between healthy feet and a host of foot problems. Shoes should have enough room for your toes to move freely and should offer good support to your arches. Ill-fitting shoes can cause corns, calluses, and bunions.
