Your footwear can either make or break your feet. The structure, function and fit of a shoe can impact the way you walk and absorb ground reaction forces.
Depending on the function of your feet and the nature of your lifestyle various footwear may be suited to you. We recommend you consult one of our podiatrists for a biomechanical assessment to identify the way you walk and move on your feet.
A foot-wear assessment and fit can then be prescribed for your convenience. Usually, a prescription may also be provided to take to a specialist shop to attain the perfect shoes for your feet.
