We treat a variety of patients to sustain a work injury. We have a large database of footwear suppliers and modifications that we can implement in order to return our patients to work in a safe, comfortable, and efficient manner if required. Over the last 18 months, we have been able to implement a larger range of work safety boots alongside casual footwear in order to treat all lower limb and foot injuries.

Our podiatrists have found that implementing a reinforced heel counter, structured midfoot shank, modified forefoot toe box, widened last, and implementing a rocker bottom sole have helped to allow our injured workers to feel relief from their injuries and begin their recovery phase.

We have been able to make some larger changes in work boots which support all ankle injuries, heel injuries, and midfoot degeneration. We have found increased relief in patients who also suffer from plantar fasciitis and Achilles tendon injuries.

We use a 3-D scanning system on-site to allow for adequate customization based on the width, depth, and profile of each foot. Evidently, each foot is a different size and shape and this is adequately implemented across all our footwear.
